Layoff vs Women

How is the layoff situation incase of women? Bcoz i got to know from my friends of different companies when i enquired...

POV 1:- Women are Layoffed more since after marriage their commitment level and quality towards works was decreased.

POV 2:- Bcoz of office politics some of them are suffering and layedoff.

Whats your Opinion.. any such women employees faced this situation?

I agree.
There is also the idea that women are just inherently less committed to workplace

And men who can slog 14-15 hours are better off.
Basically, anyone who has boundaries is a target during layoffs
