Also I hv noticed some people dont even deserved to handle inside sales team ...but still they got the position of manager to handle inside sales.... so many things are there which made the LSQ innloss.

I have worked in LSQ for top clients ... but from last year I noticed LSQ management was getting worst ... leaders like Parshant singh and atul paul should appreciate the good employee.
