How many of you hate MBAs and why?
I donβt think they add any value but just keep seeking credit for others work.
All Steve jobs engineering fans conveniently forget that his own chosen replacement to run Apple is an MBA.

Steve often talked about Sculleyβs disease, referring to how true product innovation stops when Product people are removed from decision making and, Sales and Marketing become the dominant voice.
This is often because of the fact that, when companies scale, Sales and Marketing brings more money in. But it becomes the death of innovation that got the company to this scale.
And so the rot spreads.
I donβt think they add any value but just keep seeking credit for others work.
They knew that these MBAs will become MBA Chaiwala. βοΈ
Thoughts on this? I myself did my MBA from a T-1 school and found it value enriching experience that allowed me to crack my role at Uber.
