Does LinkedIn not work anymore? I always try to connect people or text them and it's always silence on the other side. Idk what will help me to level up I wanna switch but it's useless if no one wants to even interact.

Same things is happening with me as well so now I have stopped sending connection request to anyone and instead started updating my resume in job portal sites atleast from there I am getting some interview calls.

Is the 60 days notice period too much?

Hi Folks I recently got an offer and the notice period over there is 60 days. In my past companies it was 30 days everywhere. Just wanted to know your opinion.
