Firing / Putting people on the PIP in the name of not being a good team player, flagging for behavioural. Basically doing mental harassment . So people quit so they don't have to give a servance package.

My previous manager tried to scare me by saying he will place me on PIP, so I opened and showed him my leetcode in same 1:1.

Fast forward 2 weeks in the next 1:1, i went with a offer in hand, but this time he didn’t try to blackmail me so I didn’t say anything and bought more time.

4 weeks later, i had 4 offers with 100% hike, with huge stock offer, needless to say I resigned and left.

They should remember that not everyone can be scared by PIP. Fuck him

See. The point is they are profitable but then there is pressure of bringing in more profits & and after all the previous CEOs / CTO / CFO EXIT. The newer folks have been working and downsizing on engineers & designers. All in all the attention rate has been more then 25% and they have this culture of not listening to employees. So that is it

Not true. We had 2 rounds of layoff. After that it has been mostly churn.
