Living away from home

Hey folks, Coming from tier-2/3 towns, how do you manage to live away from home for full time in-office roles.

Most of the people have decent set of responsibilities back at home ranging from parents healthcare to various documentations (like property management, bank-work etc). Becomes more important if you’re the only child.

Would like to know if there are any tools/services to manage this. How often do you guys travel back except for holidays?
