Long time working for single company?

In today’s world when so many people keep switching for all sorts of reasons including but not limited to growth, hikes, promotion denial, toxic culture, office politics, f**king management etc, but on the other side, we often see someone working or staying in one company for long or even their entire careers.

How do they stay so long in one company? I mean what motivates them for not switching?

Any reasons or idea what could be?
