how long years (or) till what age one can sustain in IT Industry. think of a person who has technical background and not that enthu to write patents etc.?

ok sir.. thanks..so, need to plan accordingly.. NPS won't get matured by 50.. also I think full amount of PF can't be withdrawn at 50 I believe?

If you are looking at individual contributor roles, you need to move abroad by 35. If you want to stay in enterprise, moving to director of engineering etc or joining startup or freelancing will be smarter.
