Looking for a CTO for early-stage Singapore based proptech

Hi folks,

I am a business founder of a B2B proptech startup that came to life earlier this year. We are looking to disrupt how residential property firms acquire and serve customers globally leveraging the power of AI agents. I come from a strong domain background and understand basic level of tech at customer conversation level.

We have built a MVP, got on to a couple of pilots and are currently raising our pre-seed while hunting for paid pilots/contracts across APAC. Our primary target markets are Singapore, UAE, UK & Aus. Current set-up is a fractional CTO with a team of 5-6 FTE + freelancer engineers, all based in India.

Our ideal requirement is someone with 8-10 years exp, at least 3-4 yrs in startups, been a full stack dev and can lead infrastructure management end-to-end for LLM based applications. Gen AI spike is preferred.

We can do max cash comp that takes care of living expenses (say 2L pm) & 5% equity to start with with a pathway to be a tech co-founder. Looking for folks who are skilled, want high autonomy, want to shape the tech org of a startup from scratch but do not want to assume the risk of being a co-founder themselves from the get go.

a. Is this a reasonable expectation? b. What's the best forum to find talent that fit this criteria?

Offtopic, but Is work culture extreme level (over worked) in all Singapore based firms, or is it only in some companies?

Chinese firms - overworked. Local banks - not bad. Big tech I guess chill. Not sure about local established tech like Grab etc.
