My friend and I are shifting to a 3BHK in DNR Springleaf, Koramangala. It’s a beautiful society with gym and swimming pool, as well as in a very prime area (right next to Prestige Pinewood).
The total rent is 1L, and we are looking for a flatmate to take the room with an unattached but personal washroom.

I think the core problem is not negotiating. I would straight away reject such properties. I live with family of 4 in a 2bhk. I pay 19k as rent and live in a decent apartment. I avoided premium areas like Koramangala. I am here to make money save and invest for my family’s future. Not here to fund someone else’s dream over mine.
