Looking for a switch since I am exhausted and underpaid and not sure of what to expect and domain to switch

I am in external audit role for 3 years at a senior position currently, but I am looking for a switch in another domain or maybe a more relaxed working environment. I have also done ACCA, last paper remains. Can someone suggest at what domain shall I switch and what is the minimum package should I expect basis 3 years' experience + ACCA certification. Can anyone please guide?
