PM role, part time engagement, equity.

Until we reach pmf, i only expect consultation on video calls and slack chat.

After pmf i expect full time. Matching salary.

Product - A low tech solution for non tech savvy brands to reduce their ad spend upto 40%.

Problem - Indian d2c brands spend $7b every year on ad spend. Achieve <2% retention and ROAS is <2. This is because their is no other way than ad spend to acq customers.

Tech - something at the cross-section of ecommerce, web3 & influencers economy.

Core team in place - 2 engineer, 1 coo. Enough cash to survive till pre seed and get early pmf.

Will raise pre seed $1.5m.

At end of the yr 5... Best case exit for you: ~7-9cr. Avg case: 3-5 cr. Worst case: 60L-1cr.
