Manager in US calls in late evenings! What to do?

Hey everyone,

Just had one personal query.

Anyone who is working in corporate setup and has a manager based outside India. Basically my manager sometimes schedules calls in the late evenings in Indian time.

How to tackle this sitation? In my offer letter timings are written as 9 to 6 but due to business may have to shift longer hours bhi daala hua hai. She is not indian but is understanding.

Anyone facing a similar situation?

Maybe start working late eg 12-10pm ist or request your manager to meet in your existing work hours. If these calls are one-off then it's ok

I agree to this. She is really chill and hence don't want to communicate anything. Just seeing and will take action accordingly. Typically, changing shift timings would be a better option and 12-8 seems better.
