Mid level startup founder's focus being more on sales results in negative internal work environment
Context: Startup of 2+ years
Is the pattern observed with other start ups too? where the founder who once used to be passionate and logical about the product / services overtime becomes too busy into sales leads and ideating non feasible solutions somehow losing sight of the core internal operations?
Startup work pressure and flawed responsibility flow from top to bottom level employees aren't they closely associated?
Why aren't the founders identifying the ethical flaws and shit internal politics in the earliest phase so that valuable resources can be retained and work culture can get improved?
Going behind the ideology of more sales, unplanned demos, impractical solutions how much pressure is being exerted into employees?
Is it the competition or FOMO or fear of failing resulting in this?
I'd like to know how many other startup employees can associate theirs with a similar problem.
