Minimum wage in India
Shouldn't the government come up with a policy to introduce minimum wage, at least for freshers and interns working on site? Everywhere I see, interns and freshers are exploited like crazy. One can't even achieve basic standards of living with a 20k stipend. How is it legal for companies to make one work 10+ hours at a stipend of 20k-30k? That's like being paid 200-300 per hour.

Housemaids, drivers, watchman, factory workers and other blue Collar jobs are paid in pennies. If labour laws aren't introduced for them, how would they be introduced for you?
India has lot of opportunities and jobs mainly because of poor labour laws here which allows capatalists to utilise resources more for thier profit. Take that away and most of the IT industry will collapse.
Totally agree, labor laws are a double edged sword. The more labor laws the worse the job market will get. This is the problem with Europe: their labor laws are too strict which is why their salaries are so low and job opportunities are way less than India and the US
Bhai IT industry bhaag jayegi india se😂
