Moral dilemma to stay or leave the company

I work at a company with 10 members out of which 3 are founders. My boss is a great guy but the other two are toxic as hell.

My work needs approval of all the 3 and I remain frustrated all the time

Because my boss is really great I am in a dilemma to leave or to stay Please help

Just leave. When the time comes to share the success, the other founders won't bat an eye to sideline you.

And the good founder would act as a lute spectator.

Being an early employee without much equity leverage is a recipe of future stress. And given that you are having three confounders , clearly the equity table must be already a messed up situation with one of them having huge control.

My 2c. Decision to stay or leave for an employee should be based on money. Corporate toxicity is normal. It's everywhere.

Says another founder..

Don’t normalise toxicity!

If your boss is great and you seems to have mentioned it twice in your post - then why don’t you have a 1-1 with him and share your concerns.?

And trust me approvals will only increase as you get into more complex projects and grow in your career. Point is how do you work alongside your peers and management to sell the vision as a common goal. But then, perhaps I don’t know much about your co and situation to comment.

What is your role in the org? Your experience/Skills and domain?

This also highlights structural problem among Founders, they don’t have clear ownership of who does what and hence the problem.
