Move to Dubai

Hi, moving to Dubai doesn't need YT videos 😛 There are majorly 2 types of companies, one who are open to getting candidates relocating and others who are not so open and hunt for talent already in Dubai. Check under the benefits sections of the JD to get a clue. From my experience those willing to get you relocated usually pay you less than those who don't (who prefer hiring when you're already in UAE) for the same role.

CV doens't need specific rework for Dubai. Just mention nationality, visa type (if you have one in UAE).

LinkedIn is the most preferred route. Also a large number of jobs (especially mid to senior) are done through consultants who will DM you on LinkedIn. My colleagues have also sometimes got lucky by directly DMing CEO/Hiring Manager on LinkedIn (I haven't been so lucky, got one convo happening but salary was way too less).

Certain consultants like Discovered MENA share salary with the role (both on LinkedIn or their websits). It's a good way to understand the salary range.
