Nsit/dtu or some other tier 2-3 colleges alum do this shit. I have IIT B/D/K/KGP friends who are doing top notch stuff. They did Internships at Meta/Google, never ever did they shout in SM for validation and gullible marketing to become mentor. This generation of engineers think that they are GOD if they are in FAANG. If you are really selling dreams of FAANG, why did you leave the job? The problem is with the mentality of tier2-3 college students that they will be deemed successful only if they are placed in FAANG.
