I am a BE graduate after college I tried govt exams but couldn't clear it...after that i learned a software on my own i joined a small company which trained me little nd projected me as a experienced to a client, i cleared interview and got placed to the client but that project is too complex and even fr small tasks i am taking weeks to complete....daily i feel bad nd humiliated fr not completing tasks and people are not friendly here... Should I see this as an opportunity or this is wrong...will other IT companies to do the same
Happens because you are new to it. Don't worry about the delay in tasks. If the job is good upskill and continue if not just learn whatever you can quit as soon as possible
