My TDS refund is still pending and after raising so many requests on the income tax portal and emailing to the given email id there has been no response or progress for this.
My CA tired to contact this too but no luck there. He says he has other clients who are having a similar issue.
What can I do in this scenario?
Raise a grievance in CPGRAMS portal or app. Mention everything clearly including your ITR reference number or PAN and issue details. They promise to sort issue within 30 days.
1st resolution you might get the same templated response but you can appeal again for resolution.

I had the same case ......I waited for a few months and it was removed automatically. Else you can reach out to income tax nodal officers of your city.
I’ve been waiting for this since August, not sure if this is normal. Also where do I find the nodal officers contact?
