Is it just me, or is it very hard to find someone with the same mindset or hunger that you have these days? I am currently working to build up a marketing/creative agency, and I can't find a co-founder. It seems like all people have started working under big corporations these days.

Part of a few accelerators currently but I see tech guys are too close minded if it is not their idea.
