Need a co-founder!

Is it just me, or is it very hard to find someone with the same mindset or hunger that you have these days? I am currently working to build up a marketing/creative agency, and I can't find a co-founder. It seems like all people have started working under big corporations these days.

I am on the same boat my friend. Building in legaltech to simplify property law checks in India. But getting a tech co-founder is such a pain... Part of a few accelerators currently but I see tech guys are too close minded if it is not their idea. I feel they either work on their idea or work in a corporation under someone but not join as a co-founder! 🤦‍♂️
