I applied by my own in Accenture through their career page ! I have not got any call or anything Now When I am applying with referrals people are saying no ! As you already applied there once you cannot again apply with referral/ without refferals! Like it will show duplicate profile available something like this may be as same happened with me in Infosys!!

System will not allow them to refer you. There is a cooling period of 3 months or might even be 6 months now that hiring is frozen. Things are very bad at Accenture and even if they interview you they might not end up giving an offer letter anytime soon.
