Is it good to go back to previous company which gave you career to start with and you have Cherished so many memories. If they are ready to give 100+% package.
Story here: I left earlier previous company due to I want to gain more experience in new technology and get some hands in development. During that period also they tried to retain but more than package I concentrated to gain more hands in Development. Now once again I'm not happy with my current company which is accenture, as so much politics, upon being so much dedication didn't receive any hike or promotion since 2.5 years , so I'm getting again opportunity to work in my previous company. So need your valuable suggestions on how to proceed?? Is it good to join previous company??
