Need advice: Applying to foreign companies from India for Product roles.

Some background info - Qualification = BE APM exp = 3+ years (1 switch) Reason = Exposure + Experience + Pay

How to go about this and what are the chances? I'm applying in India too, but want to go outside for a couple of years.
