Need book/video suggestions

Hi everyone, I'm an SDE currently working at a unicorn startup. A few friends and I are now planning to launch our own startup. Since I'm more interested in product creation and development, as well as overseeing execution, I've taken on the role of product development and management. However, having grown up and studied in a Tier 2 city, I don't have a strong background in management or people skills.

Currently, I'm watching Y Combinator videos and a few TED Talks to learn more. Could you please recommend some books or videos that have helped you improve your management and people skills?

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions that could help me grow in these areas.
