Need city suggestions to move out of Tier 1

Background: I have always lived and worked across only Tier 1 cities of the country (was in a Tier 2 city for couple of years) Though I love the ease and standard of living, the costs are insane. Plus all types of pollutants, lesser respect for humans

Suggest non Tier 1 cities which offer

  • house on rent to single women
  • have electricity back up
  • Swiggy/Zomato connectivity
  • decent internet speed

Do the conventional. Move from Gurgaon to greater Noida

Come to Indore. Clean, and less traffic. People are not arrogant (but there are stupids), administration is good. No racism (except me, I'm pro max racist). Secondly it's 24*7 open city, and checks all the requirements you mentioned. No one will point fingures at you (i.e you're from north/south, east/west) it's literally central India loll.

Long black outs generally nahi hote ab in Tier 1, Tier 2. Surat, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Dehradun are good options.

Mysore. Decent connectivity and weather. Has an airport. Not very far from bangalore (just 2 hours), and you can visit bangalore whenever you want. Even if switching jobs and there is an in-person interview, it would be manageable

Dehradun

What's stopping everyone from working in a Tier 2 or tier 3 city?

I know a lot of companies are hiring for roles with competitive offers that are in sync with Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Why not stay away from metros given the right opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts.
