Need Guidance for QA from QA's

I'm a manual Functional tester in banking domain 3 years of experience

With no programming skills and any tool

Recently i had completed my MCA from distance learning and I'm thinking to change job to get good payout

Currently 3.6 I'm getting

Suggest me something which build-up my confidence for interview i know lil but selenium but it is not gonna work

Bro, learn Selenium properly and get hands-on experience with it. Also, try to pick up some basic programming skills, like Java or Python. 💪 This will definitely boost your confidence and make you more marketable.

Start with a programming language then go deeper with selenium.

Ensure to learn these things properly by also practicing a lot.
