Need Help To Be Strong in Analytics

I have a Liberal Arts background with my focus always in Social Impact. Recently, I did a management degree and pivoted into a generalist role - working at a social enterprise as part of the CEO's Office.

Unfortunately, I am not getting any analytical work or a single chance to play around with data. But I want to do so, and desperately.

What kind of resources will you recommend me to get better with data analytics?

I have already zeroed on doing an Advanced Excel Certificate (as revision), also keen on doing Six Sigma Certification from LinkedIn (just to better my basics and start thinking analytically).

Lots of analytical stuff using Google Sheets and Excel. Get a hang of these and learn Python ASAP.

I'd say sample LinkedIn for the kind of roles you think you can realistically approach.

Check the kind of requirements they have in the tools they use - excel, MySQL, R, python, SAP etc.

And do courses accordingly

If you want to join IT companies, MNCs, banks etc then consider some free SAP certifications.

There's tons of courses in Business analytics & ML on Coursera/ Udemy if you want some applicable basics.

You can also check out courses on SQL, R to add to your skillsets
