Need help with Salary Slip Compliance

Context: I currently work as a PM in full-time contracts for an early stage start-up. Since the start-up is very small and HQ'd abroad, I get my salary in the form of Invoices (which have Salary Slip written on the document). We have less than 10 team members so there is no EPF, Insurance or any kind of perks. Just the whole compensation/12 is my monthly earnings. I'm concerned that if I join another organisation will they flag those invoices/slips? Or is it acceptable? If not what should I do?

I think it is acceptable as long as you have offer letter, company is registered and you have bank statement as back up.

Try convincing the management the benifits of provide salary slips

Got it. Bank statements okay but would it be better or worse to share IT returns acknowledgement/filings? yk just to back it up.
