Hi all , I have some 10 lacs of savings which I don't want to keep idle in the bank for obvious reasons, I need suggestions on where I can invest for the next couple of years with Medium risk involved. TIA.
What will be the best way to Invest Rs 25 Lacs to get around 10% Annual Returns with Minimum Tax Liability.
If returns and tax liability are the only parameters then unsecured or P2P lending is the way to go
Although it depends on many factors of risk appetite age and others.
May be go for a commercial property you can explore propertyshare website. As per them they generate 9%rental yield with appreciation. Would recommend to reach to financial advisor to understand risks and returns.
I feel equity can be a good option. A good mutual fund (active/index) can fulfil the goals. LTCG of 10% is best taxation benefit.

The wealth should not be inherited.
I'm 30. No house, 10L in cash and 5L in mutual funds. No inherited weath.
Seeing the comment section,I realise I am broke.
I have close to 15 lakhs sitting in my bank account. Where should I invest to get stable 15-20% returns pa with minimal risk.
I have 20+ lakhs in bank account. My bank contact agent is telling me to invest these in a less risk mutual fund rather than in fds . What are your views on it? Is it the right path to go as that would help me save tax.
I’m looking at atleast a 15-20% 6M CAGR for 1L. (Include STCG). Don’t mind taking some risk/volatility.
Anyone got any ideas?
