Take any startup you like. Guess their ICP. Reach out to 100 people from their ICP, you'll get 10-15 calls with them. Record each call with free recorder. You'll discover something that their product currently lacks. Make a quick write up and send to CEO. You'll get the job. Do this only for a company you'd really want to work at
