Need suggestions!!!…

Hi Everyone!!!… I am caught in a dilemma with respect to my career,so just wanted your suggestions. I have joined directly from college after engineering. I have 2.5 years of experience as an ERP developer in a big 4. I am getting an offer from one of the companies in UK for the same role with almost 80% hike on my fixed pay but overall CTC hike will be around 50%. This company is 13 years old with only focused on providing ERP solution to the client. It is one of the gold partner of Microsoft as well. It has an offshore center in India with less resource in India and more in UK. It is going to be work from home as well. My confusion is at this juncture of my career whether I should go for a core IT company which is not so big as compare to big 4 of should hold myself in big4. I also feel underpaid in my current company. Please suggest!!!…

Early on in your career, don't have to stick with big 4, take risk, join the 10 yrs old UK based company, learn something new.

Because early on in your career, you do not have loans to pay (I am assuming this one), you do not have wife or kids that you have to give time to, you're not paying huge rents, you're not paying house/car EMI.

Use this period, take risk, learn something new, switch again in 2 to 3 yrs, repeat.

Having said that, even though it's a startup don't burn out yourself, if you see that happening, switch.
