Need Suggestions: Which one to Choose?
I received offers from Temenos India Pvt Ltd (8.3 LPA - Production Support) and Wissen Technology (10 LPA - Java Developer). I’m trying to decide which one to choose. Based on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox reviews, both companies have their pros and cons. Any suggestions on which would be the better option? I'm having 3 yoe as Java backend Developer.

It really depends on what you are interested in.
If development is what you want to do then Wissen is good option, as they have lots of big client, which usually don’t shut down their project. But there won’t be any hike from Wissen side. As soon as you got the client and if that client company looks good to you, then you can ask client and set your path to convert yourself from FTC to FTE.
