Need wfh atleast for periods

If not leaves, then wfh should be made mandatory for all companies for women 5 days a month. Even leaves should be given atleast 5 extra in a year, for those bad days. What do you think?

Zomato has or had this I think. If not 5 days for the peak days of periods say for day 1 and 2 WFH can be provided I believe especially now that WFH has been tried out during covid times

Idk wat to tell u other than trying to work out a way to live with this never becoming a reality. If it does, bonus for u otherwise either live with it or fight for it like some of the activists do.

Zomato and Blinkit actually do have period leaves. 10 ML (Menstrual Leave) in a year. And you can take it, no questions asked. There was once a manager who questioned his female employee whether she was faking it over whatsapp, said female went to HR and showed the chat, and the manager was fired.

So yeah, period leaves are a thing here and you can peruse it comfortably, no questions asked.
