I , got placed in Nference during campus placements. Today morning I got a mail saying that the joining date has been moved to December from july considering the current market conditions. Pretty huge bummer but it is what it is.
Anyone in Nference , has any info on the matter?
Nference have huge client base in healthcare sector IMOP now every big org( FAANG) is jumping into this field.. one of my friend works there work life balance is not good.. also they are following hybrid model .. my opinion start preparing for new role don’t panic currently market situation is not good but it will change in upcoming months just be prepared
The companies which were paying a very good CTC backed out at the last moments during college placements. The job scenario for 2023 grad batch is quite bad.

Layoffs did happen. But you can be assured that your offer won’t be revoked. The interns who came in January for 6 months internship plus FTE were asked to extend their internship, but their internship indeed got converted. But you can always lookout for other opportunities if you find any better.
