No one wants to hire me again.

Is the layoff recent? How long have you been job searching?

If the layoff was recent, then there is no need to think this way. If you think you are not skilled enough then you need to skill up. It will need time, effort and of course luck as well. That's how it is.

I was laid off in March, and there is no earning hand in my family now. I thought for few months I ll prepare DSA well and a little bit of design. I am getting the Unfortunately could not move forward mails that means atleast my resume is getting screened, but not moving forward, I was not thinking of working on new projects as the preparation is only overwhelming me as if I have to much left todo.

Share your resume with me. I will try to get as much references as I can. Share a drive link to your resume here.

I know you are preparing yourself for the interviews so don't lose hope yet. The market is bad enough not everything is your fault.

Try freelancing.. lot of demand there.. pay is low and irractic though.. try small startups as well

While job hunting is a lots of luck and selling yourself rather than the skill set specially in your initial years of career when you don't have anything substantial to show for. One sure shot way of getting a job is creating online presence on GitHub and blogs. Create good self projects, push on GitHub and submit on reddit for some stars, same for blog. Once you have a decent repo/star count, push your open source on all ur profiles i.e. LinkedIn wellfound ur resume etc.

This path helped me secure remote US jobs after 3 yoe

It would feel personal but don’t take it that way. Try to reflect and make changes but otherwise some luck helps.
