I might get offer from zepto & delhivery. Can you guys tell me, which is good to join in terms of work life balance, job security, work culture ? Role senior analyst.
I am finalising offer of SDE2 with Zepto but to get a clear picture and compare with competing offers, I want to understand what non-salary perks does zepto offer?
How much health insurance? Are parents covered in health insurance?
Is free meals available? Or some meal allowance (apart from salary)
Company provided cab?
I understand it is 5 days work from office, but are one off WFH requests accepted? How about Holi diwali times, do they allow longer WFH during those periods?
What are the relocation benefits offered?
How many leaves are there? Are leaves encashable?
Any other perks that might be being offered?
If you are in finalizing talks, why not ask them? These things should be discussed in offer discussion itself
You can ask for the health insurance policy document from them. Share with us the policy document and we can help you analyse their policy with an evaluation report on what is covered and what are the key gaps.

Is zepto safe to join as SDE 2 in current market? Can anyone working at zepto share their experience and reviews? How is culture and work life balance? Are there any silent layoffs happening inside? Offered base - 41 Yoe - 3
How is the work culture at Zepto in terms of WLB etc? Also any chance of layoffs or is it doing good compared to instamart and blinkit?
If not leaves, then wfh should be made mandatory for all companies for women 5 days a month. Even leaves should be given atleast 5 extra in a year, for those bad days. What do you think?
