NP issue😢

I've completed the interview, and the HR is asking for documents for the job offer. The issue lies in my official NP of 90 days,whereas during the initial screening, I informed HR that my NP is 60 days and negotiable for one month! The new company wants me to join in 30 days. However, my current manager is not ready to negotiate and insists on the full 90-day notice. I don't know how to inform the HR about the actual NP, i am worried the offer might get revoked! Plz help me TIA

Inform your new HR asap. Be polite and respectful and tell that you have genuinely missed it. You can also tell that you are in talks with your current HR to negotiate the NP down to 2 months. You can speak to your skip level manager or HRBP about it, again be polite and respectful. In most cases, either of these will work.

If not, ask your new employer about the possibility of starting few hours a day initially.
