Current: YOE 6 Compensation: 25 Lpa fixed + 2 lakhs bonus end of the year

Paypal Fixed: 32 Lpa RSU: 40k USD (3year)

I feel it's low for PayPal. Check the salaries on online portals like GlassDoor. Is your current salary quite less? As I think they are lowballing you.
