Base: 31L
Joining Bonus: 8L
RSUs: 110k USD in 4 years
20% performance bonus (assuming 10% is given, 20% is upper cap)
Overall: ~65L for the first year

TC: haven't received the offer numbers yet, but got a confirmation for the interview results
Mostly, Base would be around 50L and total TC would be around 55

Is Microsoft this big brand name to take a paycut in terms of base? Zepto vs Microsoft -> which one would look better on resume

have heard about the bad work culture at Zepto. I have worked in startups, more work is fine. I am bit inclined towards it given the designation and opportunity to learn compared to Microsoft.

issues with microsoft:
a) level 61 -> hence moving to the next level would take atleast 1-1.5 yrs
b) joining bonus is for first year only. after that my TC will take a hit. and hikes are not that good at Microsoft
c) microsoft azure also has some bad reviews about the work life balance

issues with zepto:
a) most of the reviews for work culture are bad
b) brand name compared to microsoft
Career expectation:
Good work with lot of learning opportunities.
Other offers:
Oracle OCI -> TC same as microsoft, but after researching figured out work is not good and hence planning to reject it
Nutanix -> trying to low ball me. Giving me a paycut in overall TC
