I do 11 to 5
30mins before manager come to 30 mins after manager leaves, thats the usual timings in tech world

Timings shouldn't be important as long as your work is not getting affected.
There’s no specific timings for anyone. It varies from project to project. If he’s asking to come by 10, come by 10 and leave an hour early
