Ola Electric, How bad is it?
Asking so that I can say a hard no with conviction to them. Currently offered a product leader role but have heard horror stories from peers and seniors.
My friend quit her job within 2 months of joining there. Says the culture is horrible, only yes boss folks wasting time of employees really looking to make an impact.
They asked their team to work from office well in to April 2021 and had multiple covid outbreaks. Simply one of the worst companies.
Nope. A friend of mine was working there during the lockdowns. Continuous employee surveillance.
