Electoral Bonds is a clear cut scam, a legalised corruption, anybody who doesn’t agree is a biased person.
That said, opposition parties too are wrong in not disclosing the sources of their Electoral Bonds donation. The moment it was decided illegal by SC, the next day itself all opposition parties should have published complete detail of their donations received. But no, they kept it secret. And they also accepted all the donations, unlike CPI party. So while the party in power got benefited most, and did the corruption by forming the regulations, the opposition too would have done the same had they been in their place.
But yes, currently the focus is on who enacted the illegal law and who benefits most from it- so that is the party in power.

Whenever I read foreign media outlets, India is the new Asian Tiger that will outpace most emerging economies in growth. But Indian media and Indian people act like India is the worst place to be.
