Notice period Issue
I got a offer letter from one company.. Earlier I told them notice period is negotiable 60days(official 90 days)... Now They have mentioned 30 days joining only on letter. What to do in this situation.. my interviews went well.
I recently got an offer close to 30% hike The current company has 60 day notices while new company wants 30 days only. how should I manage it ?
is there something like a buyout available? and if there is is the new company okay to pay it?

I am on my 3 months notice period, but since the time I put my papers I have been contacted by a senior stakeholder, my previous and current vp suggesting me to stay saying they'll try their best
