Opportunities for Business Analyst?

Hello folks, I am currently in the field of Audit with an experience of 1 year under 1 of the Big 4 accounting firms. However I would like to explore more since this didn't catch my interest and the work life balance is shit!!! So I am planning to get a certification of Business Analytics. Can anyone guide me with the opportunities- growth wise and money wise.
