Indian companies - WLB
Can anybody name some Indian companies with good work life balance ? Or is it a myth ? And no , I’m not looking at government jobs , just IT companies or companies with IT wings :)
I'm in interview process of Pay2dc india. Wanted to know how is the wlb. Is it really like startup where you have to work long hours?
Heard that Japanese companies have no work life balance. Not able to find relavant information on the internet as they have recently opened their development center in india.

Pay2dc? More like Pay2work. Japanese or not, startups are notorious for long hours. Brace yourself, buddy.
