People in 40s, what would you advise people in 30s?

Same as title. Have always seen advices for people in 20s. People in 30s also need guidance. 😐

Now, the answers to this question would depend if there are people in 40s on grapevine. 😬

Here is a list

  1. Health: 20 min walk + no processed food
  2. Relationships: wife, kids and parents should be P0, if you screw these your 40s 50s will go for toss
  3. Rainy day saving: various waves of technology, economic uncertainty will prevail, have rainy day saving for these times
  4. Contribute to society: this is the one which actually provides you a purpose after some time

Someone in 30s, i see people only have career ambition, life is much more than that. Make it holistic (family, kids, travel, parents, society etc). I also feel India 🇮🇳 is not a country for individualism, you will get it right for ahort terms but the long term is community ans society driven. Even at the end of this century India will have a population of 1.3bill so people matter.
