Persistent Systems Job Grade and CTC
Hi All - I have an offer with Persistent Systems as a Project Lead for Job grade 5.3 Can someone give me genuine feedback on what is the grade system in the organization their current CTC and what can be expected for grade 5.3? And also need to know how much is the hike yearly. YOE - 3.3+ Tech Stack - Python, SQL, AWS, Databricks, Data Engineering

For 3.3 years of experience?
5.3 grade for 7-8 years, not sure how you are getting 5.3 grade for 3.3 years experience
You have 3.3 years of experience and getting and getting 5.3 grade?? I have been here at persistent for around 4 years and my current CTC is ~8 LPA and grade is 3.2 🤐🤐. So, much discrimination with the existing employees

It's a typical service based mnc like other, not much difference
@GummyQuail , As per your exp 3.3 yrs.... u r eligible 5.1. but due to your Tech Stack - Python, SQL, AWS, Databricks, Data Engineering... Persistent offering u better grade 5.3( min 7+ yrs exp is needed ). Also note due to higher CTC u hv offer 5.3 grade.....
If you are getting 32-35 with the mentioned tech stack then accept the offer
