Please Give it a Read and Tell Me What To Do

I did 1st round at Capgemini. 2nd round they say face to face mandatory. I live nearby Jaipur and would have to go to Noida. It will be technical plus MR. I have an offer from Cognizant. Traveling to Noida is not impossible for me but definitely tough. I don't know what to do. The HRs are very rude and don't even talk about budget clearly.

Be clear on budget those a**hole gave me +1 lakh on my existing CTC and guess what my CTC is still in single digit. They said that I'm already overpaid for 3.7 yrs experience.

If you already have an offer, then BeBlunt

Tell them:

You have an offer

You will take effort for further rounds only if their budget is above X% of your current offer

Finally, tell them that you need reimbursement for your travel from Jaipur to Noida.

They aren't going to provide reimbursement. They were initially asking me to come Bangalore or Pune.
