PM certification courses

I'm working as a technical product manager who has transitioned from analytics/data science role with over 5+ yoe and 2yoe as PM. I am earning in the range of 35-55LPA right now. While I am happy with the salary, I am not content with the role I have performed as PM so far. When I go for textbookish PM tasks and roles, I feel I don't do so much in my daily routine. Because of the nature of companies I worked in I didn't get a lot of hands on exposure into UX and the growth side of the job.

I don't have a lot of confidence with many areas of product management and feel like at this stage for me to grow needs a significant skill and confidence boost. To do the same I'm looking for courses/degrees. I'm hoping to get more better opportunities if I have certification in my portfolio.

What are your thoughts on the topic? Also, if you could suggest whether Hero vired certification in product management partnered with INSEAD will be a good choice? I will really appreciate objective feedback / frameworks that will help me with making the decision.

Best is to learn along side a senior PM. You can not get taught pming in a course thats the reality. Its a hands on deck kind off role and you learn by doing. Feel free to dm if you need more help.

I absolutely agree with this. But in my experience I haven't been fortunate to get a good mentor. This is also my attempt to get into good product organisations and work with good senior PMs

There’s a course pmcurve for experienced pms which i feel is better as it has all 4+ experienced pms and you can find mentors with live cohort if you really want to go for a course and learn along side experienced pms. Can give you a referral for the same.

I agree with this as well, the best way to learn product management is on the job. However for interviews the PM courses help, but there also I feel there are ample of resources available on YouTube

YouTube and blogs are the main resources for me to learn right now. But I'm slowly trying to explore other means too. The only issue is that these courses are expensive 3-4Lakhs

I haven't done this but a friend of mine recommended this. Planning to get enrolled
